Motion made and seconded to recommend sale to City Council, motion passed
unanimously.
4. Disposition of City Owned Property – 324 Union Street
Motion made and seconded to recommend sale pending approval of design by the
Historic Preservation Commission. Upon approval, sale will be presented to the City
Council for final approval, motion passed unanimously.
