Combined Sewer Overflow Monitoring – Water Quality – ADS LLC – $128,524 Motion made and seconded to recommend contract award to City Council, motion passed unanimously. e. Penobscot Bridge Corridor Signal Improvements – Engineering – Electric Light Company – $1,168,505 Committee requested information regarding the City’s local match be presented pre- council on September 12, 2022. Motion made and seconded to recommend contract award to City Council, motion passed unanimously. f. Broadway Pedestrian Safety Improvements – Engineering – Vaughn Thibodeau II Inc. - $203,770 Committee requested information regarding the City’s local match be presented pre- council on September 12, 2022. Motion made and seconded to recommend contract award to City Council, motion passed unanimously. 3. Disposition of City Owned Property – 48 Charles Street Motion made and seconded to recommend sale to City Council, motion passed unanimously. 4. Disposition of City Owned Property – 324 Union Street Motion made and seconded to recommend sale pending approval of design by the Historic Preservation Commission. Upon approval, sale will be presented to the City Council for final approval, motion passed unanimously.
