The current contract conditions on the property stipulate that it must remain a vehicle display lot; the applicant wishes to remove these conditions and change the zone to allow for their potential development on this property and the adjacent property at 699 Broadway. B. The current zoning surrounding this property is S&PS and this area is shown as S&PS in the 2012 Comprehensive Plan. Board members were pleased to approve a zoning change to bring a property in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan. Member Brush made a motion to recommend to the City Council that the application for a district change ought to pass. Member Perkins seconded the motion.
