PROCLAMATION Proclaimed May 151-2 /'as Emergency Services Week Maryanne Lynch, Penobscot County District Attorney recognized the City's Public Health Department for their work with the County. PUBLIC COMMENT Mary Tedesco Schneck urged the City Council to swffitly reinstate the ban off the sale of flavored tobacco. CONSENT A GENDA ASSIGNED TO ITEM NO. Stephen Brough stated providing tobacco to minors is already against the law and did not support banning the sale to adults. Matt Dexter was in favor of reinstating this ordinance as quickly as possible.
