a. Resolve, Authorizing the City Manager to Accept and Appropriate
$3,460,873 in Grant Funding from the Maine Department of Health and
Human Services for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program
Motion made and seconded to recommend to the City Council, motion passed
unanimously
2. Bids/Purchasing
a. Parking Lot Lights – Airport – Carmel Electric - $17,525
Motion made and seconded to approve purchase, motion passed unanimously.
b. Terminal Modifications – Airport – Next Level Contracting - $16,050
Motion made and seconded to approve contract, motion passed unanimously.
c. Pickering Square Parking Garage Restoration, Phase 8 – Engineering – Structural
Preservations Systems, LLC - $260,824
Motion made and seconded to recommend contract award to the City Council, motion
passed unanimously.
d. Pavement Milling and Resurfacing – Hancock and State Street – Engineering –
Northeast Paving - $830,042
Motion made and seconded to recommend contract award to the City Council, motion
passed unanimously.
e. Forestry Bucket Truck – Public Works – Freightliner of Maine - $210,280
Motion made and seconded to recommend purchase to the City Council, motion passed
unanimously
f. Tandem Axle Cab & Chassis, Dump Body and Plow Equipment – Public Works –
Freightliner of Maine - $445,598
