THAT the attached application for utility location permit is hereby
granted upon condition that the poles be numbered.
Note: Following are the public streets and highways referred to:
STUB POLE: Beginning at a utility pole numbered 30 now located on the
northeasterly side of Valley Avenue; thence proceeding southwesterly across
said Valley Avenue, one (1) pole to be located on the southwesterly side
over a distance of approximately 42 feet.

BANGOR HYDRO-.ELEC.TRIC COMPANY, a Maine corporation being duly authorized_pursuant to
the State of Maine to generate; sell, distribute and supply electricity in City of
Bangor ; County of Penobscot , State aforesaid, hereby applies for
-a permit:to::authorize it to locate, construct and. maintain certain of its facilities
hereinafter described upon.; along., over and across certain public ways situate in. the
municipality here inbefore referred to,

in accordance with the terms and conditions of Title 35; Section 2482, MRSA as amended.
LOCATION: STUB POLE;
Beginning at a utility pole numbered 30
now located on the northeasterly side
of Valley Avenue; thence proceeding
southwesterly across said Valley Avenue,
one (1) pole to be located on the
southwesterly side over a distance of
approximately 42 feet.
DESCRIPTION:
---= - -The-`faciliti`es-will- consist of a line composed of wood poles and supports therefor,
crossarms, wires and/or cables together with associated appurtenances...' The.minimum
clearance of the wires and/or cables, other than guy wires, will be at least eighteen
feet over the public way.. The poles will be set within the limits of the public way, but
outside the part thereof customarily used for travel by vehicles. - The initial operation
of the facilities will beat 7620/13200 volts, three phase; the voltage will
be increased as occasion therefor requires for operation not in excess of 20'nV to ground.
