October 10, 1973, has, authorized the extension of the Arctic Brook
Sewer from Grandview Avenue to Essex Street, and
WHEREAS the establishment of sewer easements will be required
to permit the installation of said sewer, now therefore, be it
ORDERED that the City ',En.gin.eer, acting for and on behalf of the
Municipal Officers according to law, lay out and establish easements
for the installation. and future maintenance of said sewer extension.,
beginning at Grandview' Avenue near the easterly line of Prentiss
Woods and extending in ,'a .gen.erally northeasterly direction. for a
distance of 2, 100 feet ~more or less to Essex Street, and be it
further
ORDERED that the City proceed to give notice of such intention. of said
Municipal Officers according to law by posting such notices for seven.
(7) days in two (2) public places in. the City of Bangor and in the
vicinity of the proposed sewer extension, and the City Engineer is
further__-
ORDERED to make a written. return. of said proceedings, containing the
bounds and admeasuremen.ts of said easements, together with the
damages allowed to any person or persons for the land taken, all in
accordance with the laws of the State of Maine.
