Mildred Avenue, in. accordance with a petition, dated March 22, 1974 from various residents on. Mildred Avenue, Gray Street and Nason Avenue. Final plans and cost estimates have been completed for the installation of the sewer, as follows: The installation would consist of 1, 1 75 feet of 8-inch pipe and -- f ive- -(-5)--manholes,--extending southwest along -Mildred Avenue-from - - -an existing City sewer located approximately 275 feet west of Hammond Street. The sewer installation is intended to replace an existing private sewer which was never accepted by the City, and which is in very poor condition, resulting in a possible nuisance condition..
