That the Revised Ordinances of the City of Bangor as amended be further
mended as follows:
In Chapter II, Article 24, Section 6, Subsection 6.1, Schedule 11-5 shall
be deleted and replaced with the following:
B. Where No Admission is Charged - Flat Rate

and be it further amended as follows:
Chapter II, Article 24, Section 6, Subsection 6. 7, Service Charges shall
be amended by striking items l and 2, Basketball Floor, $18.00; Rough
Floor, $30.00, and by renumbering items 3. 4, 5 and 6 to become 1, 2,
3 and 4, so that the new section shall read:
6.7 Service Charges. Service charges shall be made to any person
sing the auditorium to cover costa of any of the
following facilities which are used as follows:
1. Ice Rink

Z. P.A. System Operator
1.50
per hour
3. Fire and Police Protection

per day at the discretion
