No person or persons appeared at the time and place set for the
meeting to claim damages or to object to the laying out. In this
respect, no damages are recommended for the laying out and grade as
described above.
There remains certain corrective work to be performed on the
roadway so that it may meet City standards, including the widening
of the roadway by an additional six (6) feet and the application of
a tar and gravel surface over the entire roadway. However, inasmuch
as a bond has been posted by the Sib -divider to cover the cost of
said corrective work, it is recommended that the street as described
above be accepted as a public way to be named and known as Pinker Lane.
An accurate plan accompanies this report.
Respectfully submitted.
