Councilman E ASEXEBT KNOW AM WES BY TBEBE PBEEEEfS, that Webber Fealty, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the lase of the State of Mahe and having Its place of business at Bangor in the County of Penobscot in said State AND Xaneoth Were, Inc., a corporation existing by lax and having its principal piece of business at Brockton in the Comewealth of Massachusetts, being the owner in fee almple and Imme of certain lands located in the City of Bangor, in the County of Penobscot, State of Maine, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consider- ations; paid by the said City of Bangor, a Wunicipal Corporation, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, cell and convey to said City of Bangor, the right, privilege and measurer to use, in reason with others, in the mnner and to the extent vet forth herein a certain easemnt over land located in said City of Bangor, to wit: The right on the pert of the Grantee to allow pedestrians, passenger vehicles, and light trucks to pave over property now owned by Webber Malty, Inc., and occupied by said Xamath Mea, Inc.. under lease ea as to reach the proposed loca- tion of the so-called Morse's Covered Bridge, oro end of which bridge is to be located upon property conveyed by United Advertising Corporation to said City of Bangor by deed dared 20 Septmber 1963 and to be recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Meds. Said bridge location is a sell lot of land on the Eenduekeag Strews adjoining land owned by the Grantor. Webber Realty, ]m. The parties intend that said Pedestrians and vehicles shall travel over a right of way as now in use extending in a generally northerly direction fret Harlow Court across premises now owned by said Webber Fealty, Inc., and occupied by said Beneath Wet. Inc. for a parking area and warehouse. Said right of way runs along the Rendwkmg 9¢ram and to the vast of said warehouse to prmises owned by the Grantee. Inc prenises now vaned by Webber Realty , Inc., are a part of the sae conveyed by Opportunities, Inc. to Webber Oil Conaway by deed dated October 5, 1955 and Recorded In said Registry, Volum 1503, Page 267. this conveyance is subject to the condition that the besmear hereby conveyed shell be used 1n such a manner as not to Interfere others who my now or in the future have similar rights doerein and is subject to any rights heretofore granted to Said Beneath Mart, Inc., its successors and assigns or to others, or reserved to said Opportunities, Inc., its successors and assigns.
