costs of new sewer construction on Essex Street together with a
list of possible assessments be and hereby is accepted and it is
further
ORDERED, that a date be set for a public hearing on the proposed
assessments.

To: The Municipal Officers
Pursuant to City Council Order 115-Q, passed June 10, 1963,
a new sewer extension was installed on Essex Street.
The new installation consists of 100 feet of 8 inch asbestos
cement pipe, extending northerly from the terminus of the existing
sewer to a point 810 feet north of Dewitt Avenue. The actual cost
of this installation amounted to one thousand ten dollars and thirty
cents (41010.30), of which amount 75%, or seven hundred fifty-seven
dollars and seventy-two cents (=757.72), may be assessed against
the property benefited, as follows:
East Side

The above -listed assessments are considered to be reasonable,
and are less than the original estimate for the installation. The
City Engineer therefore recommends that a date be set for a public
hearing on the proposed assessments.
An accurate plan accompanies this report.
