The new installation consists of 100 feet of 8 inch asbestos cement pipe, extending northerly from the terminus of the existing sewer to a point 810 feet north of Dewitt Avenue. The actual cost of this installation amounted to one thousand ten dollars and thirty cents (41010.30), of which amount 75%, or seven hundred fifty-seven dollars and seventy-two cents (=757.72), may be assessed against the property benefited, as follows: East Side Possible Name Frontage Assessment Preston A. McLean, M. D. 100 Ft. 4 378.86 West Side Grace B. Shannon 100 Ft. 378.86 The above -listed assessments are considered to be reasonable, and are less than the original estimate for the installation. The City Engineer therefore recommends that a date be set for a public hearing on the proposed assessments. An accurate plan accompanies this report.
