BBBDLVED,
WHEREAS in the death of Sohn Fitzgerald Kennedy this nation and the entire
world has lost a great and beloved leade-, and
WHEREAS the citizens of Bangor, as with people everywhere, are shocked
and saddened by this tragic event, and
WHEREAS the City Council deems it appropriate a; this hour to rededicate
itself and the community to the great ceases of freedom and
peace for which Sohn Fitzgerald Kennedy lived and died,
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the City of Bangor shall observe
the thirty days from November 22nd to December 22nd as a period
of mourning in respect to the memory of President John Fitzgerald
Kennedy, and be it further
RESOLVED that the City of Banger express deepest sympathy to Mrs.
Kennedy and the Kennedy family.
