Dear Mr. Alley
On behalf of United Cerebral Palsy of Northeastern Maine, I would
like to make formal application for permission to hold our annual tag
day on January 18. If however, volunteer help is not available on that
data or the weather is not suitable, we would like January 2$ as an
alternate data.
The purpose of the tag day is to assist in meeting the budget for
our school and clinic which is located at 19 Ohio Street.
We worse to report the total collections, the cost, ad agree not
to reimburse the workers in fees, percentages, or prizes, as the Dangor
Dally News reported on October 24 pertaining to the ordinance that the
City CounciUe Public Safety Committee recommended.
Very truly yours,
e 'Lu
