SCHOOLCLINIC October 29, 1963 Jay Alley City Clerk City Hall Bangor, Maine Dear Mr. Alley On behalf of United Cerebral Palsy of Northeastern Maine, I would like to make formal application for permission to hold our annual tag day on January 18. If however, volunteer help is not available on that data or the weather is not suitable, we would like January 2$ as an alternate data. The purpose of the tag day is to assist in meeting the budget for our school and clinic which is located at 19 Ohio Street. We worse to report the total collections, the cost, ad agree not to reimburse the workers in fees, percentages, or prizes, as the Dangor Dally News reported on October 24 pertaining to the ordinance that the City CounciUe Public Safety Committee recommended.
