ORDERED,
THAT City Treasurer be and is hereby authorized for and
on behalf of the City of Bangor to accept the attached Warranty
Deed to a parcel of land, and pay to Hugh Davis, Sr. the sum of
One thousand six hundred and fifty dollars ($1,650.00), subject,
however, to the approval of the Olty Solicitor, we to the validity
of the title to said premises; subject to the approval by the Stat
of Maine Water Improvement Commission of the proposed aeration-typ
sewage treatment plant having chlorine -treated effluent to be
constructed on the premises; and subject to the receipt from Hugh
Davis, Sr. of a written agreement that he will not protest the
approval by the State of Maine Water Improvement Commission of the
erection of the above-described treatment plant and its discharge
of the effluent Into penjajawoo Stream.

($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid by the OSty of
Bangor, a municipal corporation located in the Oounty of Penobscot,
State of Main*, do hereby agree that I will not protest the approval
of the Water Improvement Commission of the State of main of the
installation of the proposed aeration -type savage treatment plant
by the Oity of Bangor upon the premises conveyed to Said City of
Bangor by me, and that I rill not protest the approval by the Water
Improvement Commission of the State of Maine of the discharge of the

encumbrances; except two tax liens to the City of Bangor, in favor
of Ralph L. Weymouth, Treasurer of the City of Bangor, me for
one thousand nineteen dollars and tblrty-seven tante (=1,019.39)
recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds. May 14, 1963, and the
other running likewise to said Ralph 1. ',eaymouth In the am of
