Army for construction of Sewer Line - Union Street BY the MY (Alcui{ afthe City of Bowen: ORDERED, THAT, inasmuch as the reconstruction of Union Street is presently underway under the supervision of the State Highway Commission, and, inasmuch as an existing sewer line from the V. S. Army Reserve Training Center must be relaid to connect into the Union Street storm system and will require a temporary easement on Government property, and, inasmuch as the City of Bangor, by a previous agreement, is responsible for furnishing all necessary construction easements, now therefore, be it ORDERED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to accept a license from the Department of the Army for the construction and rearrangement of the sewer line on the Government owned property, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk. 211-R RECEIVED "" "P24 N1 3:36 o R n c R CITY CLERKS Title, CITY of pAR.
