Amending zoning Ordm<nue in, a la nce A -i z Be R oWaiud 6y We City Counnl of flu City ofBanpa, asfoumoe: That Chapter 8 of the Revised ordinances of the City of Bangor be further revised by adding a new Article 4 -A -Residence A-1 Zones as follows: Sec. 1. Residence A-1 Zones. In a Residence A-1 Zane, no building, land, or premise shall be erected, altered, or used except for one or more of the following uses: (1) One -family, two-family, three-family; or four -family residences; (2) Church or educational use; (3) Municipal or recreational uses; (4) Accessory use customarily incident to any of the above uses. Sec. 2. Requirements. Building or land erected, altered, or used for Residence A-1 Zone uses in a Residence A-1 Zone shall comply with the following requirements: 11 -fes 22 -fes 33 -fes 44 (1) Building Height Limit 2 1/2 2 1/2 stories stories or of 35 feet 30 feet (2) Minimum Lot Area 7,500 s.f. 10,000 s.f. 12,500 s.f. 15,000 s.f.
