as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of ganger on January i, 1954, as
amended, be hereby further amended as follows:
To be changed from Residence 'A" Zane t0 "Local Business Zones the parcel of
land bales described:
Beginning at a Point on the meat aide of Perkins Street said Paint being 810 feet,
more or less, from the northern street line of Hammond Street;
Thence northmeetmardly along the said meet aide of Perkins Street for a distance
Of 160 feet, more or leas;
Thence ssuthmestuardly along the northern property line of Lot 119, City Assessors
Sheet 6, for a distance of 150 feat;. thence northmardly for a distance Of to feet;
thence southmastmavdly for a distance of 50 feet or to the eastern boundary Of Lot 106,
City Assessors Sheat 6;
Thence southesetmardly along the said eastern boundary and the prolongation thereof
for a distance of 140 feet, more or less;
Thence northeasterly along the northern property line of Lot 109A, City Assessors
Sheet 6, for a distance of SO feet;
Thence southeastwrdly along the rear property line of Lot 118, City Assessors
Sheat 6, for a distance of 40 feat;
Thence noetheastsardly along the southern boundary line of Lot 116, City Assessors
Sheet 6, for a distance of 150 feet, more or lase, or the place of beginning.
The above being Intended to describe all of Lots 116 and 119, City Assessors
Sheet 6.

Please be advised that the City Planning Board ham held a Public
Hearing and given careful consideration to the above request.
Thio request was heard originally on December 16th, 1963 and was
denied by the Planning Boerl. (copy of letter enclosed)
The Planning Board has reheard the ease antl has fc no new evidence
that would warrant this change is none.
It is the opinion of the Planning Boats that the reason for denial
in the first hearisn; still prevails in the second hearing.
The Plamdng Board would therefore respectfuI4 recommend that this
request be denied.
