Foster; Beginning at the intersection of the western street line of Broadway, and the northern boundary line of properties fronting on the northern aide of Falvey Street; Thence westwardly along the rear property lines of properties fronting on Falvey Street, for a distance of 400 feet, more or less, to a point; Thane northwestwardly along the said eastern boundary linea of properties fronting on the eastern aide of Thornton Road, for a distance of 400 feet, more or lase, to a point; Thence in an easterly direction, fee a distance, of 430 feet along that northern- most boundary, line of said property, to the western boundary line of Broadway; Thence in a southeardly direction, for a distance of 400 feet, more or lees, to the point of beginning. Sirs: Please be advised that the City Planning Board has held a Public Hearing and given careful consideration to the above matter. It is the opinion of the Planning Board that a change to General Business would be seriously harmful and have a deteriorating effect on the immediately surrounding residential properties in the Bangor Garden development. Phe Planning Board also felt that the existing Inca! Business Zone serves well a a buffer between the General Business Zone on the east side of Broadway and the Bangor Garden Homes on the west.
