ORDERED, THAT WHEREAS, It is necessary to furnish electric and telephone power to the new Bangor High School and, WHEREAS, construction plans provide for the proposed line to be located on a dedicated right of way known as Chapin Street, now therefore. be it ORDERED, that the City Engineer, acting for and on behalf of the municipal officers according to law, lay out by metes and bounds a 25 foot utility right of way on the north side of the southerly right of way line of Chapin Street from Broadway to the Bangor High School property line a distance of approximately 730 feet and be it further ORDERED, that the City Engineer report hie findings together with said description and a list of recommended damages to City Council, said report to become a part of this order, and the right of way as described be hereby established for a utility easement, RECEIVED I9N JUN 30 qN 9:33 Cliy CLERK'S OFFICE "'TY LCEAN69R. M.s BDT, Thursday, in two public places in the City of Bangor and in the vicinity of said street, m wit: _ One on bulletin board CSty Hall __.._ .......... _... And that the said City Engineer met at the time and place of meeting specified in the notices Ind proceeded to lay out said right of way as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly side line of Broadway located one thousand eleven and thirteen hundredths (1,011.13) feet north from the northerly side line of Grandview Avenue, said point being on the southerly side line of a dedicated way known as Chapin Street; thence deflecting easterly at an angle of 970 1' measured from the northerly projection of the side line of Broadway for a distance of seven hundred eighty-two and twenty-seven hundredths (782.27) feat to a point, said point being on the westerly line of the school property; thence north along said property line, parallel with the right of way line of Broadway, for a distance of twenty-five and nineteen hundredths (25.19) feet to a point; thence west and proceeding on a line parallel to and twenty-five (25) feet north of the first des- cribed line for a distance of seven hundred eighty-two and twenty-seven hundredths (782.27) feet to the easterly aide line of Broadway; thence south along the easterly side line of Broad- way a distance of twenty-five and nineteen hundredths (25.19) feet to the point of beginning. Meaning to describe a right of way which Is seven hundred eighty-two and twenty-seven hundredths (782.27) feet long and having a width of twenty-five (25) feet, measuring north from the southerly right of way line of Chapin Street, so-called. No person or persons appeared at the time and place set for the meeting to object to the laying out or to claim damages as a result of said laying out. Inasmuch as the right of way has previously been dedicated, no damages are recommended. It to therefore recommended that the right of way be accepted for the purpose of locating utility linea to service the new high school. An accurate plan accompanies this report.
