Various studies were made and it was firally determined that the most feasible location for the sewer would coincide with the plan previously submitted In 1962, with certain minor modifications. This plan calls for the installation of 2,575 feet of pipe ranging in size from 8 inches to 24 inches and extending in a southerly direction on Essex Street from Lancaster Avenue to a point 150 feet northerly of the Interstate Highway and thence in sal easterly direction parallel with the Interstate Highway to an existing 24 Inch Stub under the Interstate Highway. The estimated cost of this Installation is twenty-five thousand eight hundred dollars (S25, BOO), of which 75%, or nineteen thou send three hundred fifty dollars ($19.350), may be assessed against the properties bene- fited. Questionnaires were sent to all property owners who would benefit from the installation and a tabulation of their opinions, as well as the estimated assesoment,is as follows: EAST SIDE DOM ST.
