TO: The Honorable City Launch
fRMz Planning Board
IN RE: Rezoning of a parcel of land an the east side of
Hogan Road and south of Interstate 95 requested
of sun Oil Corporation
Sirs
Pleaes be advised that the Planning Board has hold a public hearing
and given careful consideration to the above matter.
The Hogan Road and Interstate 95 Intersection is the only full inter-
change, except the bulge, that has any commercial development potential.
There is presently under construction a truck service terminal on the
northeast carnet.
The rezoning for commercial development of the parcel, in question,
for an automobileservice station would not be detrimental to any residential
development. This commercial development would be oriented toward the inter-
change and could afford an excellent site as traffic an Interstate 95 would
have direct IN ress and we rase.
It is the recommendation of the Planning Board that this request be
granted.
Respectfully submitted,
Z
