MIMORANDUM
To: City Manager
From: Building Inspector
In Re: 24 Patrick Street
May 13, 1964
For some time now, I have been concerned about the
condition of this dwelling which is owned by Mrs. Rosa Bonfiglio,
who in and has been in the City Hospital for quite some time.
This dwelling is in a very dangerous and dilapidated condition
and I understand that the city has liens on this property.
I, therefore, recommend that this matter be taken before
the City Council for action.
Respectfully submitted,
