BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY, a corporation Only organized according
to law and having its principal place of business at Bangor, County
of Penobscot. State of Maine, being duly autharized to transmit and
distribute electricity in the City of BGGOR , Maine,
heresy and in accordance with law petitions for permission to erect
and maintain poles with wires, cables and all other necessary
apparatus attached thereto by means of crass -ams or other fixtures,
together with sustaining guys or other supporta, along, over or
across certain public roads and highways located within the afore-
said City, as follows:
Begiming at a utility pole numbered 102 owed by Bangor
Iydre-Electric Company and located on the northeasterly
side of sales Street; thence proceeding northwesterly on
said Unian Street, one pole to be located an the north-
saaterly side thereof over a distance of approximately
175 feet; thence proceeding northwesterly an said inion

Upon the Petition of Bangor Hydro -Electric Company dated AVZL 5 ,
19�, requesting permission, in accordance with lou, to erect and maintain
poles with wires, cables, and all other necessary apparatus attached
thereto Ly means of cross -arms or other fixtures, together with sustaining
guys or other supports, along, over oracross certain public roads and
hiwiways in the location described in said petition, it appearing that the
14 days' public notice has been given a required by statute and that no
written objection has been filed during said period by residents and
owners of property upon the highways to he affected thereby, permission
s hereby given to said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company, its successors
and assigns, to erect and maintain poles with wires, cables and all other
necessary apparatus attached thereto by means of cross -arms; or other
fixtures, together with sustaining gays o other supports, along, Over or
across certain public roads and highways in the City of )NBgOB ,
Maine, as follows:
