To date, no improvements have been made on this one and one-half wooden frame structure. This building is owned by Mrs. Martha S. Fay, 301 Pane Street, Revere, Massachusetts and Mrs. Lucille McCormick Pepin, 8 Fox Road, Andover, Massachusetts. I have followed our proceedings regarding dilapidated structures and I would now recommend that this structure be removed and the matter be referred to the City Council for action.
