MEMORANDUM
March 24, 1965
To: City Manager
From: Building Inspector
In Re: 253 Pearl Street
For some time now, I have been trying to have the dwelling
at 253 Pearl Street repaired and restored to a safe condition.
To date, no improvements have been made on this one and
one-half wooden frame structure. This building is owned by
Mrs. Martha S. Fay, 301 Pane Street, Revere, Massachusetts and
Mrs. Lucille McCormick Pepin, 8 Fox Road, Andover, Massachusetts.
I have followed our proceedings regarding dilapidated
structures and I would now recommend that this structure be
removed and the matter be referred to the City Council for action.
