By the aty counsel of Oe atg of Badges:
ORDERED,
THAT, the City Treasurer on behalf of the City of Bangor and upon
payment of the sum of $107.46 to execute a quit claim deed to
Iovis Segal and Merle Segal, husband and write, as joint tenants,
of any and all interest the City of Bangor may have in and to the
premixes located at and numbered 20 on Somerset Street in the City
of Bangor upon which there are the following undischarged tax lien
mortgages in which said premises are described as follows:
"Buildings and lend 47 x 100 feet North side Somerset
Street. Penobscot Bagistry of Deeds Volume 1079, Page 188.
Penobscot Registry of Probate Volume 581, Page 28."
1. Tax lien mortgage recorded May 4, 1961 in the
Registry of Deeds for the County ofPenobscot, State of Maine, in
Volume 1781, Page 57.
2. Tax lien mortgage recorded May 10, 1962 in said
Registry in Volume 1837, Page 360.
3. Tax lien mortgage recorded May 14, 1963 in said
Registry In Volume 1892, Page 255.
Said quit claim dead is to be executed and delivered
only upon the payment of said aum of $1637.46, which payment
shall he in full for any and all unpaid taxes on said premises,
including the 1964 taxes, and also onlv upon the Completion of a
proposed sale of said premises to said Segals by the heirs of
Charles R. Crockett, deceased, or those succeeding to his title
to said premises as remainderman under the will of Inez C. Bryant.
