ORDERED,
THAT the City Treasurer be and ie-bereby authorized for and on behalf
of the City of Bangor to accept Executorls Deed from the Eastern Trust &
Banking C®pant, a banking corporation duly created by law, with its present
place of business Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, in its capacity
Of executor under the last will and testament of William C. Macleod, late of
Deaden, in the County of Knox, State of Maine, for Us following described
eat estate located in Bangor.
FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to make
payment of $50.00 upon receipt of said Executor's Deed.

Cmpany, a banking corporation duly Created by law, with Its pria-
uipal place of bksiness at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of
maims Ln its Capacity as Executor under the Last Will and Tastwent
of Williams C. MacLeod, late of Camden, in the County of Nnox, State
of maims deceased, testates and by virtue of and to execution of
the power given said Eastern Trust and Smoking Companys as Executor
under said Wills and by virtue of and in execution of every power
end authority It hereto enabling, end in consideration of one dollar
and other valuable oonelderatlons paid by City of Bangor, a municipal
corporation, located in the County of Penobscot, State of matte, the
receipt whereof is hereby aoknowledgeds does hereby gives grants sell
and convey unto the said City of Bangor, its successors and assigns
forever, a parcel of land situated in said Bangor, bounded and des-
cribed as follows, vis: Beginning at a point on the easterly right
of say line of Interstate Highway No. I-95 in the City of Bangor,
said point being about seventeen hundred twenty (1,7W) feet, more
or less, from the southerly lim of ROMmend Street, and also being a
point on the property line between said MacLeod and land now or for-
early owned by one Neson; thence southerly along said Interstate
right of way 11m eight hundred fifteen (815; feet, mote or lee&;
thence northwesterly one hundred can (110) feats mora or less, along
the northerly right of way line for the Air Force runway lighting
system; thence northeasterly seventy (70) feats more or lames alovg
the above-mntiomd right of say line; thence northeasterly four hum-
dred (400) feet, mora or leas, along said right of way line; thence
northeasterly and following along ewe right of way line four hun-
dred (400) feet, more or less, to a point; thence northeasterly
along land owned by the United States Air Force ono hundred mighty-
two (182) feet, more or lams; thence northwesterly sixty-five (65)
feet, more or less, along above-mentionod property line to a point;
thence northeasterly along said property line five hundred forty
(540) feet, more or leas, to A point on the property line between
lands of the aforementioned Mason end MacLeod; thence southeasterly
along maid property line seven hundred fifty (750) feet, more or
loses to the point of beginning, The above-mentioned parcel of land
contains fourteen and five -tenths (14.5) Korea, more or less.
Also, another parcel of land situated in the City of Bangor,
bounded end described as follows: Beginning at a point in the west-
erly right of way line of the Interstate Highway No. I-95, said point
being about twenty-five hundred eighty-six (2,566) feet, more or leas,
from the southerly line of Hammond Street, and 8160 being located on
the southerly right of way line for the Air Force runway lighting
system; thence southwesterly and following along said Interstate
right of way line seven hundred fifty (750; feet, more or less, thence
northwesterly following along the property line between said MacLeod
sed Barbara R, Simpson a distance of ninety -Tour (94) feet, mors or
lees; thence northeasterly and following along property line between
DAM MacLeod and heirs of Ralph E. Joy a distance of two hundred
forty (240) feet, more or lose, to a point, said point being on the
property line between Gertrude Warren and maid Maniacs; thence fol-
lowing along said property line northeasterly seventy-five (75) feet,
more or lead, to a point; thence southeasterly two hundred sixty-four
(264) feet, more or less; thence northeasterly three hundred ninety-
five (395) feet, more or less, to a point on the southerly eforemen-
tioned Air Force right of way; thence southeasterly along said Air
Force runway lighting system right of way to the point of beginning.
The above parcel contains two and Pour -tenths (2,4)acres.
This conveyance Is made subject to whatever rights the United
States of America may have pertaining to the above described promisee
in tonne ctlon with Dow Air Force Bane,
Said William C. MacLeod deceased, teotate, on October W. 1964,
and. by the berg of his Will be gave to said Eastern Trust and
Banking Company, the Executor named in his will the poser and
authority to sell and convey his real estate without license from
the Probate Court or any court.
TO GAVE AND TO BOLD the aforegranted premises, with all Abe
prlwSlegea and appurtenances thereof to the City of Bangor, its
successors and assigns forever,
And Eastern Trust and Banking Company in its said oapauity as
Executor does covenant to and with the maid City of Bangor, its suo-
eassoxa and •ssigaa, that it has a legal right to sell and convey the
Rana in nanmr aforesaid.
