Mrbixta mr, Repealing and depleting Chapter VI Article 9 Ile it ordained by the City Cdowil of the City of Danger, as follows: Cnapter VI, Article 90 Subsection 1.1 is hereby repealed and replaced with the following: firm or corporation 1.1 Removal of Snow. The owner, tenant, or other personfnaving control or management of any store or shop bordering upon any sidewalk, shall, after the treeing to fall of any an if in the day time, within six hours, and if in the night time, before on'clock in the afternoon succeeding, cause the earn to bet d from such Sidewalk. Such owner, tenant, o other person/having control or management, whenever any ice shall have been formed upon the sidewalk bordering upon such store or shop, shall cause such ice to be removed, or to be covered ostrewed with and, ashes or other substance in Such manner as to allow safe and easy travel on such Sidewalk.
