ORDERED,
THAT the City Manager be and is hereby authorized to execute an
option to Arthur Chapin Company for the purchase of a parcel of land
approximately three and one-half ( 3 1/2) acres on Hildreth Street.
Said option, a copy of which is attached hereto, shall be granted in
consideration of the payment of the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).

(hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
In consideration of One Hundred dollars ($100.00), the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, the Seller hereby grants the Buyer the
option far a period of one (1) year from the date of these promote to

Beginning at a point in the southerly line
