An amber signal alone shall indicate a clearing sequence allowine traffic within an intersection to proceed through the interaectioa but warding traffic approaching the intersection not to enter said intersection. 1.L Green Arrow. A green arrow shall indicate the traffic facing the signal may proceed in the direction that the arrow is pointing. 1.$ Amber and Red Signals together.
