ORDERED,
THAT the report of the City Engineer showing the coat of
the proposed extension of the Industrial Park Trunk Sewer for a
distance of twenty-seven hundred (2700) feet northwest along the
Hacrond Street Bulge, together with a list of possible assessments,
be and hereby is accepted, and It Is further
ORDERED that said sewer extension be constructed.

The above-mentioned estimate of cost includes an allowance for
the removal of fifty (50) cubic yards of ledge. It is recommended
that the sewer as described above be installed inasmuch as it will
result in the addition of a considerable frontage of developable
industrial lend. It is further recommended that the assessments,
with the exception of that proposed for the frontage owned by
Paganica. Inc., be deferred until such time as the land is developed
sad application.is received to enter the sewer; a suitable record-
able instrument should be obtained from each of these property owners
which states their awareness to the obligation Of the payment of the
assessment when the land is developed. It is recommended that the
assessment against Paganlca, Inc, be levied upon completion and
tabulation of the actual cost of the sewer installation inasmuch
as they are the original petitioners for the sewer.

Pursuant to Council Order 187-S, passed September 27, 19659
directing the City Engineer to make the necessary surveys, plans
and cost estimates, together with a list Of possible assessments,
for the extension of the Industrial Park Trunk Sewer, the following
report is submitted:
The proposed Installation would consist of twenty-seven hundred
(2700) feet of eight (8) inch asbestos cement pipe extending north-
westerly from the present terminus of the Industrial Park Sewer
along the Rammpnd Street Bulge, so-called; also included would be
eight (8) new manholes and the conversion of one (1) existing man-
hole to a drop manhole.
The total estimated cost of this project Is twenty thousand
dollars ($20,000), of whloh 75,4, or fifteen thousand dollars ($159000),
may be assessed against the property benefited by said sewer install-
ation. A list of the properties benefited, together with their esti-
mated assessment end their opinion of the installation is as follows:
