ORDERED,
THAT, WSEREAS, the State Highway Commission, as a part
of the Ilnion Street reconstruction, bas revised its grading plan
in front of certain existing properties and,
WHEREAS, additional temporary grading easements are
required to permit the revised grading, therefore be it
ORHEREC, that the attached temporary grading easements from
the abutting property owners be and hereby are accepted.
