in Section 3456, Title 40 United States Code, as amended does

Parcel being further bounded and described

Said parcel containing 1,006.50 square
feet according to said Plan.
Said premises having been acquired by
the United States of America by can -
damnation proceedings as entered in the
United States District Cmrt for the
pietrJct of Maine (Northern Divlaion)
under Case No. Civil - 14594 dated
June 238 1964, and by deed from Soule
Glass and Paint Cospany, dated October 10,
1963 and recorded in Penobscot County
By the acceptance of this deed by the Grantee
heroin, Grantee agrees that it will accept the sidewalk on
said premises constructed by the Grantor as a city sidewalk
and will assume all responsibilities incident thereto as a
city sidewalk.
TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the granted premises, with all
the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the City
of Bangor, its successors and assigns, to it and their own
use and behoof forever.
This dead is executed and delivered to the said
CITY OF BANGOR, without any covenants whatsoever, either
express or Implied.
IN wITNERS ViIMM, the UNITE➢ STATES OF AMERICA,
acting by and through the ADMINISTRATOR Of GENERAL SERVICES,
has caused these presents to be executed in its name and
behalf this 16th day Of July 1965.
