Introduced and filed by Councilman KEW ALL 168 BY THESE PRESMS, that City of Banger, a municipal corporation, located in Penobs wt Cointy, State of Maine, in Consideration of One dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considera- tion, (but leas than $100.00), paid by Paul C. Blether, of Banger, County of Penobscot, State of Moine, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, sell and forever quit- claim unto the said Paul C. Blethen, his heir and assigns forever, the following described property, situated in Bangor. County of Penobscot, State of Maine, via: Beginning at a point forced by the intersection of the northerly line of Grandview Avenue and the east- erly line of Broadway; thence north along the easterly line of Broadway a distance of eight feet (8 ft.), more or less, to the southerly line of Land owned by Paul C. Blethen; thence east along said line of Paul C. Blethen a distance of three hundred and thirty feet (330 ft.), more or lees, to a point formed by the intersection of the westerly Sine of Evans Street and the northerly line of Grand- view Avenue; thence west along the northerly Use of Grandview Avenue for a distance of three hundred and thirty fear (330 ft.), more or lees, to the point of beginning. The above described parcel contains approximately one thwsand three hundred and twenty square feet (1320 sq. ft.). TO HAVE AHO TO HOLD the above released described premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof, to the said Paul C.
