Waymouth, City Treasurer, be and is hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute the Release Deed hereto attached and made a part of this Order. (NOTE) The taxes on this partioular pie an of property have been paid, even though the tax liens mentioned in the Deed my cover the same. MBB BY THESE PRESENTS, that City of Bangor, a munici- pal corporation, located in Penobscot County, State of Maine, in consid- eration of one dollar (81.00) and other valuable considerations (but lees that 8100.00). paid by Bertha B. McElwee, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby random, release, sell and forever quit -olein onto the said Bertha B. McElwee, her bears and engine forever, the following described property: a certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situated on the generally northerly aide of Fifteenth Street in Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Meme, bounded and described as follows, vie: Begin- ning at an iron bolt driven into the ground in the generally northerly line of Fifteenth Street at the southwesterly corner of a parcel of Land conveyed by Ira C. McElwee to Neaman D. Broker and Willa M. Bowker by deed dated April 23, 1956, recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, Vol. 1540, Page 355; thence southwesterly by and along said northerly line of Fifteenth Street one hundred thirty-five (L35) feet, more or less, to the southeasterly line of a parcel of Land conveyed by Ira C. McElwee to Marie Conners by deed dated duly 30, 1957, recorded in Penobscot County Registry Of Deeds, Vol. 1584, Page 180; thence northwesterly one hundred twenty (120) feet along the northeasterly Line Of said Conners lot and a continuation thereof t0 an Iron bolt; thence northeasterly One hundred thirty-five (135) feet, were Or less, to the northwesterly comer Of said Bowker lot; thence southeasterly along the line of said Bowker lot One hundred twenty (120) feet to the point of beginning. Being a portion of the premises conveyed to Ira C. McElwee ender the "me of Ira McElwee by deed of Edwin H. Miller. Trustee of the Estate of Edward H. Baker, dated September 21, 1934, recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Vol. 1087, Page 330.
