January T, 1954, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows:
Change of zoning for the Stillwater Urban Renewal Project --
lying between Mt. Hope Avenue and Stillwater Avenue.
Change from Residence "Be Zone to Residence At Zone the project
area as described on the attached legal revised description of Stillwater
Park Renewal Area, except as noted below:
Change from Residence age to Park and Institutional Zone that portion
of the Stillwater Urban Renewal Project designated for park purpose and
more particularly described as follows:
The block bounded by Howard Street on the south and Juniper Street on
the north, and containing approximately 9 acres.
The above changes the zoning on all of the Stillwater Park Urban
Renewal Project except that area presently designated Local Business.

SUBJECT: Stillwater Park Rezoning
Gentlemen
Please be advised that the Planning Board considered the rezoning of the
Stillwater Park Urban Renewal Project having previously held a public hearing on said
change.
The Board voted to approve the change of zoning for the Stillwater Urban
Renewal Project lying between Mt. Hope Avenue and Stillwater Avenue.
Change from Residence "B" Zone to Residence Al Zone the project area
as described on the attached legal revised description of Stillwater
Park Renewal Area, except as noted below:
Change from Residence "B^ to Park and Institutional Zone that portion
of the Stillwater Urban Renewal Project designated for park purpose and
more particularly described as follows:
The block bounded by Howard Street on the south, and Juniper Street on the
north, and containing approximately nine (9) acres.
The above changes the zoning on all of the Stillwater Perk Urban Renewal
Project except that area presently designated Local Business.
The Planning Board feels that the zoning change is in conformity with the
intent of the urban renewal project and with the Master Plan for the development of
the City of Bangor.
