In Re: 62 Elm Street
June 2, 1966
For some time now, I have been trying to have the
dwelling at 62 Elm Street repaired and restored to a safe
condition.
To date, no improvements have bean made on this structure
which was damaged by fire on April 3, 1966. This dwelling is
owned by Mrs. Ruth Riopelle of 21 Sixteenth Street.
I have followed our proceedings regarding dilapidated
structures and I would now recommend that this structure be
removed and the matter referred to the City Council for action.
