To date, no improvements have bean made on this structure which was damaged by fire on April 3, 1966. This dwelling is owned by Mrs. Ruth Riopelle of 21 Sixteenth Street. I have followed our proceedings regarding dilapidated structures and I would now recommend that this structure be removed and the matter referred to the City Council for action.
