of the Grantor 1n and to said premises by virtue of s certain tax
deed for unpaid taxes for the year of 1934. Said tax deed is dated
February 20, 1935 and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds,
Volume 1110, page 323.
The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor
may have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for
the tax year(s) 1934
