THAT the Deputy City freasuter be and is hereby authorized to execute
Quit -claim Deed attached hereto and deliver same to David W. Potter add Madeline
E. Potter uponeceipt of teal estate taxes due on said property, together with
interest thereon to date.
(Note: We Purpose of this deed is to convey the City of Danger interest
in the property by virtue of unpaid taxes for the tax year of 1963,
said tax now being paid.)

Meaning and intending to convey all of the right, title and interest
of the Grantor in and to said premises by virtue of certain expired
taxlien for the year of 1963. Said tieris dated May 15, 1964 and
recorded In Penobscot Registry of deeds In VaLme 1950, page 16.
The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Granter
may have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for
the tax year(s) 1961
