Barry: I have been instructed by the School Committee to inform she Council that the School Department is in a position to make additional building rentals to Russon College, the Eastern Maine Vocational Technical Institute and others which will yield $6500 - $8000 additional revenue above the $8350 anticipated in the budget. However, to provide the requited custodial and maintenance services for Nese rentals will increase our expenditures far beyond the $7990 originally estimated for this purposes If the Council wishes to approve the acquisition of this additional Income, the School Committee requests authorization of offsetting supplemental amounts in both expenditure and revenue, budgets.
