ORDERED,
THAT The Compensation Plan of the City of Bangor be amended by
repealing all existing pay ranges and rates by classification and by
substituting therefor the new pay ranges and rates by classification as
attached hereto, effective July 1, 1966.

higher range.
At the present bine, the City of Bangor has Pound it possible to operate
wary of its depertvents or, a 371 -hour basic work week. The ranges of pay
which am mawpaendes! for the classifications concerned am based on
standard 4 hour work week. If in the euture, municipal off lcials deem it
necessary to mturn to a 4 Iawur work week, it is recomeended that no
adjustment in pry be made as the preset policy is much to the benefit of
the msployee.
