Stern, City Engineer John Frawley, and Judge Edward P. Murray, representing Ella M. McCann. It was noted by the City Engineer that no damages were recommended as a result of the proposed laying -out inasmuch as it was felt that the new street Sines and grades would benefit the adjacent properties. Judge Murray indicated that he did not agree with the recommendation of no damages insofar as the Ella McCann property on Pearl Street was concerned, but he did not indicate his opinion as to the reason for damage or the extent of damage. It is recommended that the above-described streets be laid out and accepted as town ways and that said streets be added to the Official City Map.
