THAT the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to execute and deliver
to the Board of Trustees of the Beater Public Library the deed attached
hereto.
NOTE: The property described in the attached deed was
conveyed to the City
of angor by the Board of Trustees of the Library forthe purposes of a
bond issue for the Library annex. The bonds have since been retired, and
the Board of Trustees has requested that the City recovery the property to
them.
