EABGOB AYDRO-EIECTRIC CONFANY, a Maine corporation having its principal place of
business at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, being duly authorized pursuant
to the lave of the State of Maine to generate, sell, distribute and supply electricity in
Bangor , County of Penobscot , State
aforesaid, hereby applies for a permit to authorise it to locate, construct and maintain
certain of its facilities, hereinafter described, upon, along, over end across certain
public ways situate in the municipality hereinbefore referred to
Public notice of this application will be given by publishing the text thereof in

Description.
The facilities will consist of a line composed of wood poles and supporta therefor,

Upon the application of BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY dated November 21
196: , requesting permission to locate certain of its facilities hereinafter
described upon, along, over and across certain public ways in
Bence , County of Penobscot, State e£ Maine, all
s set forth its application, it appears that public notice thereof has been
given by publishing thetext of said application on Dovanber 21 , 19 JI—,in - BBMpL Dai v neva a newspaper circulated in the
aforesaid municipality; that within 14 days after the aforesaid publication,
no written objection to the granting of said application has been filed with
this licensing authority by any person, fine or corporation claiming to be
adversely affected by the location described in the application referred to.
Wherefore permission is hereby given to said Bangor Hydro -electric Corpery to
locate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described
upon, along, over and across certain public ways situate in this municipality
as follows:

Description
The facilities shell consist of a line composed of wood poles and supports
therefor, cressarms, wires and/or cables together with associated appurtenances.
The minimum clearance of the wires and/or Cables, other than guy wires, shall

within the limits of the public way, but outside the part thereof customarily
