Councilman KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRE SEN T S, TMT THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, in the County of Penobscot and State of Maine, in consideration of Osa %maand Dollars ($1,000.00) paid by FRAH1:'S BAKE SHOP, INC., a Maine corporation With its principle place of business in Bangor, in said County of Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby reetae, release, bargain, sell and convey, and forever qulPclafm note the said FRANK'S BAKE SHOP, INC., its successors and assigns forever, all Its right, title am interest In and to the following described parcel of real estate situate in said Bangor, in said County of Penobscot, and State of Maine, being lot comber two (3) in the Gardiner Place, so-called, recording to Herrick's Plan of the f s recorded In Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 1, page 30, bounded follows, viz: Beginning on Boyd Street on the corner of lot manor one (1), formerly occupied by Francis Shepherd ; thence on said lot ninety-three feet and four inches (93' 4") to lot number seven (I); thence by said lot, sixty-six (66) feet to lot umbar three (3); thence by said lot ninety- six feet six Inches (96' 6") to said Boyd Street; thence by said Boyd Street sixty-six (66) feet to the corner begun at.
