ORDERED,
THAT in accordance with Chapter 111, Article 6, Section 2.4 of the
City Ordinances, the following described portion of Kenduskeag Avenue be
designated as "Parking Restricted at All Times" and added to Schedule V:
Kenduskeag Avenue: Commencing at the curb line of Harlow Street and
extending 429 feet northerly on the easterly side of
said street as defined by yellow curb and signs.

Attached Is a memorandum from the Traffic Division
recommending parking restrictions on Renduakeag Avenue.
I concur with this thinking, and recommend passage
of the restriction.

Since the recent opening of the$aTn Town Plaza"q
that area of Nenduskeag Avenue from Harlow Street to Division
Street has experienced considerable parking and now constitutes a
definite accident potential. We recommend the following:
SCHEME v. CH.111. ART.6. SEC.2.1
PARKING RESTRICTED AT ALLTIMS.
KENDUSKEAG AVENUE: Commenoing at the curb line of Harlow Street
and extending 1291 northerly on the easterly side
off said street as defined by yellow curb and signs.
