TEAT the Deputy City Treasurer be and is hereby authorised to execute
Quit -Claim Deed attached hereto and deliver same to Frank A. Stark and
Ruth B. Stark upon receipt of teal estate taxes due on said property
together with interest thereon to date.

in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations
paid by Frank A. Stark and Ruth B. Stark, husband and wife, both of Bangor,
County of Penobscot, and State of Maine.

the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, doom hereby Deaver,
srlramr. bargain, melt Bob ruaug, and forever quit -claim unto the said

Heirs and Assigns forever, all its right, title and interest In
and to the following described real estate situated at
Bangor in the County of Penobscot
and State of Maine and more particularly desorlbed as follows:
On the west side of Kenduskeag Avenue in Lot 60 according to Park Holland's
Plan of said Bangor, recorded to the Penobscot Registry of Deeds Land Office
Plan, Vol. 1, Page 23, and In Lot 60 as shown on the Rufus Comore Plan of
said Bangor for the year 1842 in Plan Book 2, Page 4, said Registry.
Beginning at a, iron
stake being in the shape of a 'T' 1n section driven
into the ground at a paint on the west side of Kendusksag Avenue three hundred
end twenty-one (3240') feet, ways or less, from an iron stake driven into the
ground on the west aide of Kendvakeag Avenue which is said to be the south-
easterly
erly c of the David P. and Societe H. Garland property: thence, north
six degrees and fifty minutes east (N 6 SOB) along the west side of Kenduskeag
Ave a hundred and ninety-nine and eight tenths feet, r leas, to
"T"eshaped i take driven into the ground on the west side of Kenduskeag
Avenue about twenty-five feet from the center line of the present pavement;
[Fence, north eighty-three degrees and twenty-two minutes west (N83 22'W)
four hundred add ten and eight tenths (410.8) feet, more
r lees, to a "T"
shaped irontake drive into the ground at about high water marked on the
easterly bank of Kenduskeag Stream, thence, south fifteen degrees and thirty-
three minutes west (S15 33'W) along the easterly bank of Kenduskeag Stream
two hundred and onand six tenths (201.6') feet, mare or lees, to a "T"
shaped ironstake driven into the ground at about high water mark on the
easterly bank of Kenduskeag Streamand on the easterly side of a flat rack
about three feet in diameter; [hece, south eighty-three degreeand
eighteen minutes easy (83 :8'e) four hundred aM forty-one and three tenths
(44L.31) feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
The above described premises contain two acres, mere or less.
The above described premises are subject, however, to prior existing statements
or rights therein in said premises Which have been heretofore conveyed.
Reference is hereby made to a certain Warranty Deed dated March 28, 1961,
from Lillian A. Frost to Avis L. Jellison, recorded in Vol. 1773, Page 213,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds for a further particular description, together
with reference therein, and also tV arain Warranty Geed dated October
IS, 1965 from the said Avfs L. Jellison to the Grantee herein, recorded In
said Registry in Vol. 2023, Page 318.
The above-described premises being a portion of the premises as show
on City of Bangor Assessors Maps, Rural Sheet No. 33, Parcel 3-A.
Meaning and Intending to convey all the right, title and Interestof the
Grantor in and to said premises by virtue of ac ertain expired
tax lien for unpaid taus for the year of 1962.Said lien is
dated May 14, 1963, and recorded In Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Vol. 1892, page 237.
The purpose of this deed is to oonvey any interest the grantor
may have In the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for
the tax year(*) 1962
