TEAT the Deputy City Treasurer be and is hereby authorized to execute
Release Deed attached hereto conveying certain property within the Stillwater
Park Urban Renewal Project to the Urban Renewal Authority of the City of
Bangor in conformance with the provisions of the Cooperation Agreement
between the City of Bangor and the Urban Renewal Authority of the City of
Bangor dated April 23, 1962, as amended by the Supplemental Cooperation
Agreement dated November 23, 1965, both relating to the Stillwater Park
Project (Me. R-4),,and both on file at the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Bangor.

THE INHABITANTS DP THE CITY OF RANCOR, a body corporate, Imated at Bangor, in
the County of Penobscot, and State of Maine, in consideration of nae Dollar
($1.00) and other good am valuable considerations paid by Urban Renewal Authority
of the City of Bangor, a public body, corporate and politic duly created and
existing under the Laws of the State of Maine and located at Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release, sell and forever quit -claim unto the said Urban Senegal
Authority of the City of Bangor, its successors and assigns forever, the following
described rest estate, together with the buildings thereon and improvements,
fixtures, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, located In the City Of Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, viz:

surveyed by E. W. Branch and recorded in Penobscot Registry Of
Deeds in Plan Bookl2, Page 2, via: Lots numbered Thirty -Four (34),
Thirty -Five (35), Thirty -Six (36), Thirty -Seven (37), Thirty -Eight
(38), Thirty -Nine (39), Forty (40), Forty -One (41), Forty -Two (42),
Eighty -Six (86), Eighty -Seven (87), and Elgtry-Eight (88), and a
certain lot or parcel of land described in a deed dated August 11,
1957, foam Lea M. McCann and Elle M. McCann to the City of Bangor
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Vol. 1592, page 53,
bounded and described as follows: Beginning At a point at the
southeast corneor of "the McCann lot", so called, said point being
one hundred fifteen (115) feet, more

Cooperation Agreement dated November 23, 1965, both relating to the Stillwater Park
Project (Ke. R-4), and both on file at the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Bangor.
TO HAVE AND TO HMD the above -released prwises, with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereof, to the said 8rbaa Renewal Authority of the City Of Bangor,
its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS MBRSOP the said INBABITARTS OF THE CITT OF EANGOR have
caused this instnment to be sealed with its corporate seal and signed in its
corporate name by John G. yield, Its Deputy Treasurer, thereunto duly authorized,
