City off Bangor Introduced and filed by ITr CLERK /� Councilman %NOW ALL MEM BY THESE PRE SEN T S, THAT THE INHABITANTS DP THE CITY OF RANCOR, a body corporate, Imated at Bangor, in the County of Penobscot, and State of Maine, in consideration of nae Dollar ($1.00) and other good am valuable considerations paid by Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Bangor, a public body, corporate and politic duly created and existing under the Laws of the State of Maine and located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, sell and forever quit -claim unto the said Urban Senegal Authority of the City of Bangor, its successors and assigns forever, the following described rest estate, together with the buildings thereon and improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, located In the City Of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, viz: Pert Oro: The following lots as sham on a Plan of Mt.
