County of Penobscot, and State of Maine,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, Brood, bargain, evil and)convey unto

to a point; thence S 52° 05' W for a distance of forty (40)
feet to a point; thence N 37° 55' W for a distance of sixty.
