in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations
paid by Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Burger, a public body, corporate
A4 and politic, duly created and existing under the Lame of the State of Maine, and
located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, and State of Maine,
the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby alight,
retreat, bargain. art enk rotund, and forever quit -claim unto the said
Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Be rigor, Its successors
Habfm and Assigns forever, all its right, title and interest 1n
and to the following deearibed real estate situated at
Bangor in the County of Penobscot
and State of Maine and more particularly described as fall,

Meaning and intending to
convey all the right, title, and Interest of the Grantor
in and to said premises by virtue of a certain expired tax lien for unpaid taxes
for the year of 1964. Said lien is dated April 22, 1565, and is recorded in
Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 1998, Page 120. Grantee acquired title
to the above premises by Warranty Mod from Francis H. Simpson, and Sister," M.
Simpson dated April 27, 1964, recorded In Penobscot Registry of Deeds in vol. 1946,
