Tapley Of the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Me lne, the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remtce release, bargain, sell sub rowep, and forever quit-olsim unto the said Malcolm A. Tapley, his Heirs and Assigns forever, all its right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate situated at Bence in the County of Penobscot and Brats of Maine and more particularly deeorlbed as follwe: All its right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate situated in Bangor in the County of Penobscot and State of Maine and more particularly described as, viz: Buildings and lot 49 east side Sidney Street. Also Strip of land ft= Sidney or Welter Streets. Also Lot No 46 West side Walter street. Meaning and intending to convey the came land and building which the said grantor acquired by tax deeds dated February 20, 1942, February 19, 1943, February 21, 1944, February 19, 1945, The deeds above referred to are recorded in the Penobscot Registry of needs in Book 1207, pages 98, 99, 100; Book 1223, pages 91, 92, 94; book 1242, pages 42, 43, 45; book 1263, pages 29, 31, 32. This property was assessed to Guy V. Smith Dev. and was sold February 2. 1942, for the non-payment of the 1941 tax. It was again sold February 1, 1943 for the n u -payment of the 1942 tax. Again sold February ], 1944 for the nwpyment of the 1943 tax. Again sold February 5, 1945 for the non-payment of the 1944 tax.
